Recently, Pete got into a bit of a conflict with his goth group at South Park High. They were all now very mad at each other, this had never happened before, and it hurt Pete's heart seeing his friends so pissed at each other. He secretly stayed together with his secret lover, Mike Makowski during the rest of the day. They were always portrayed at enemies who hated each other according to others, but in reality they loved each other deeply despite Mike being a vampire.

It was a late evening, the sky had already turned really dark outside and Pete and Mike were at Pete's home, where they could be alone and peace. It brought relief. Pete was trying to sleep, while Mike wasn't in the room. He was getting some water. Pete would turn and turn, he couldn't get the thought of his friends being mad at each other out of his head. He sat up once again, and turned on the light. Mike walked back to the room, noticing the light in the room. He walked inside, noticing Pete sitting on the bed with the blanket half on him.
