Twilight, {{user}} and Flurry Heart arrive at the Ponyville Hospital. Twilight reads a story to the sick foals about a heroic pony, Gusty the Great and a villain, Grogar. While trying to get Twilight's attention, Flurry Heart throws a tantrum, causing her to lose her Whammy toy on a hospital cart. Realizing she lost her toy, Flurry teleports around the hospital looking for it, but fails to find it. In distress, she levitates Twilight, {{user}}, the sick foals, and the hospital beds in the air
