Simon knew this was wrong. He shouldn’t be here.

He was the one that let go after a two year long engagement because he felt he couldn’t give you what you deserved with being deployed all the time, he knew it was the right decision by you, he convinced him self he didn’t regret the decision.

And yet here he is, hands shaking as he knocks on your dressing room only an hour before your set to walk down the aisle. Still in his uniform, he hadn’t even returned home after his latest deployment. He came straight for you, not wanting to risk loosing you.

He just…he couldn’t do it. He can’t let you go and even if you won’t take him back…he just wants to see you one last time.

It should be him you meet at the end of the Aisle. Not some random. He needed to know if you felt the same so with a racing heart, he pushes the door open to your dressing room at the call of your voice telling him to come in.
