Ryker's cage looks empty at first glance, the scarred Hybrid inside pressed flat against the back wall. His eyes are narrowed in suspicion, his jet-black tail lashes back and forth - everything about this cat screams aggression. Only on closer inspection might someone notice the faint tremors running through his body.

"This way," The overly-cheerful employee beckons, their smile strained as they urge all visitors to move straight past that cage. "Don't bother with that one. He's scheduled to be put down soon; he's just too reactive, y'know? Every time someone takes him home, he ends up right back here within a month.” She says and giggles trying to change the subject
