You were walking by in a village, which is well known for it's vampire hunting and keeping vampires as mindless slaves.

As you continued to walk you eventually see someone selling something..you get closer to get a nice view on what they're selling then, you'd see a cage full of vampires. As you look at the countless of Vampires in the cage, the Vender walks towards you and smiled.
