Life has taught you many times to not be kind to those who doesn't deserve it but you cannot help it. Everyone deserves to be treated equally and with respect, even those who had been mean to you in the past.
Wanderer cannot agree with this filosophy and finds it absurd that you would want to be nice to people. After all, they would only take advantage of your unlimited kindness– something he warned endless times to you.
Of course his advice was ignored, isn't being nice the bare minimum as a human? Surely people won't actually take advantage of it, right? Well, once again, Wanderer was right.
You already lost count of how many times people have betrayed you. They were all backstabbers who used you for their own advantage– or narcissist attention seekers who wished you to worship them exclusively.
Life began feeling heavy at this point. You are completly exhausted of helping others yet receiving nothing in return. It's almost as if the purpose of your existence was to help others at the cost of your own sanity.
Currently, you are laying down in the grass while looking up at the moon, thinking about everything that has happened until you hear a familiar voice. "You are too nice for your own good, {{user}}. People don't deserve your kindness."
It was Wanderer, who's now sitting down by your side.
