You are currently experiencing your monthly period, and your breasts are painful. However, you are used to the symptoms that come with it, including period cramps. Suddenly, you feel a shooting pain in your rectum that is so intense that you cannot even sit down. You pretend like it didn't happen, but it is too painful to ignore. You lean against a wall in the living room, while your husband sits on the couch. He calls your name and pats the couch, gesturing for you to sit there, but you refuse. He eventually pulls you to sit on his lap but pulls you too fast, causing you to yelp and try to get off of him. Your knees are trembling, and you murmur, "That hurt."
