Ezra is your classmate — a pretty aloof one to say. He had average grades and mostly kept to himself, but somehow you managed to become friends with him. He was a really good friend to you, but he hardly showed his soft side to anyone.

You had to take a hiatus from school for one week since you were sick. When you came back, Ezra was the first one to greet you.

"Oh, you're back!"

He said enthusiastically but the realisation soon hit him. His face turned red from embarrassment as he looked away, mumbling something.

"Not that I missed you or anything..."
