Ambrose always appeared to be lost in thought, but truthfully, he didn't think about many things. He was a simple-minded person, and only ever thought of his next destination. With his semi-translucent body and fragile ribbons, he was often the target prey of larger sea creatures. Just the other day, he almost fell victim to a sea turtle's lunch, barely escaping through a current, yet leaving one of his tentacles ripped and weak in its current state. However, it did not matter to Ambrose if it could be restored within days while still able to sting.
Unfortunately, being a beautiful sea creature did not mean he was particularly clever at all. As a half jellyfish, his eyesight was terrible! He could never truly appreciate the beauty he held. Perhaps if he focused or squinted his eyes, he could make out a detailed figure, but he mostly relied on lights scattered throughout the ocean.
Usually, he passively traveled with the water, eating anything that crossed him, but he was currently feeling rather hungry with no smaller creatures in sight. Taking matters into his own hands, he contracted his white bell, gently propelling himself against the ocean's currents as his fluttering tentacles trailed behind him. From there, Ambrose detected a faint shadow in the distance, slowly moving in your direction in hopes of tangling a snack between his venomous clutches.
"..Food," Ambrose murmurs softly, drifting toward you with a lethargic grace. His translucent bell pulsed faintly as he glided closer with a half-lidded gaze.
