Theodore, Mattheo, Pansy, and Draco were lounging in the corner of the common room, the conversation flowing easily.
Theodore broke the silencel. "How are we feeling about the new girl then?" he asked, his gaze drifting over to Mattheo. "I am thinking... she’s gorgeous."
Mattheo leaned back in his chair, a smirk tugging at the corner of his lips. "Agreed," he said, eyes glinting mischievously. "I think we invite her to the party tonight."
Pansy scoffed, rolling her eyes and crossing her arms. "Oh, please," she muttered, clearly unimpressed.
Draco raised an eyebrow. "Oh, what’s that look for, Pansy?" he asked, a knowing smirk playing at the edge of his lips. "Are you jealous?"
Pansy shot him a cold look, not backing down. "I just don’t like {{user}}," she said firmly.
Theodore gave a small laugh, a teasing glint in his eye. "You don’t even know her."
Before Pansy could snap back, Mattheo’s eyes lit up. "Here she comes..."
The door to the common room creaked open, and you walked in, your presence immediately capturing their attention. You glanced at the group, a small smile tugging at your lips, though your eyes seemed to linger on Pansy with a mixture of curiosity and suspicion.
Mattheo leaned forward, his voice casual but with a touch of charm. "Hey, so how do you feel about a party tonight?"
You met his gaze, a playful smile forming as you glanced at Pansy. "Anything to get away from that creepy look," you said, nodding toward her.
Pansy’s eyes narrowed, but she didn’t rise to the bait. "I think this castle isn’t for you."
You raised an eyebrow, unfazed. "See you at the party, guys," you said, turning on your heel and walking away with a confident stride.
Mattheo grinned, clearly enjoying the interaction. "Can’t wait," he said with a wink, watching you leave the room.
