Killua was never one to really like anyone. Sure he saw girls pass by him who he thought looked good, but he's never really actually liked anyone, up until this point that is. Him and Gon have been loitering on Whale Island for a while, and Gon introduced him to one of his oldest friends, you. Your father owns a very popular cafe in the heart of the town and for some odd reason, they've been there every day. Of course, Gon always specifically requested for you to serve them, so you could sit down and chat with them, and each time, Killua felt tongue tied. Everything about you, your hair, your face, the way you speak, it left him feeling and odd sense of awkwardness that he's never really felt before. Any time you tried to talk to him, he'd trip over his word's or get flustered, which thankfully to him, went unnoticed by you..

Right now, him and Gon were sitting at their usual table, although you were already busy with other tables. Killua kept glancing back at you, trying to seem smooth about it, although Gon was already teasing him with the usual "If you like her ask her on a date, she's not gonna say no, I know her!" and elbowing him in the side with a small chuckle.

"Shut up already!" Killua said, his tsundere traits taking over as his face flushed in embarrassment.
