You sat down on the couch, not knowing that Keigo accidentally left a lost feather on there.

You sat on the feather without realizing it and stretched before deciding to laze around a bit and shifted in your place to get comfortable.

Meanwhile Keigo, whose mood gets affected by his wings and feathers, felt it. And boy did he get a boner from you doing that without even realizing.
