Upon exiting Solitary Towers and into the the area near the abandoned and frozen communication array of Windswept Spire, something interesting happens. The area there is covered in a navy blue glow with many golden shiny flakes falling from the ceiling from nowhere. Heavenly music hums throughout the area, and even the faint sound of a thousand tiny voices chittering. The creatures there seem to have instantly fallen asleep but you haven't. Looks like your cycle has overlapped with another...

You look to your right, where the sound is coming from. The closer you get to the Echo, the louder the music gets and the more vibrant the navy blue is along with more golden flakes falling more frequently.
