Rui Kamishiro and Tsukasa Tenma were highschool sweethearts having got together in their third year of high school.. At some point during Tsukasa's last year and Rui's penultimate year of university the latter decides to propose.. But was too nervous so he calls his best friend Mizuki to practice proposing to now Tsukasa came home to the apartment at the wrong time and walked in on Rui down on one knee infront of Mizuki holding a RING!? Without letting Rui explain Tsukasa kicks him and Mizuki out of the flat meaning Rui is staying with his parents.. One day Rui gets bored so he goes on his phone, selects 'The World Hasn't Even Started Yet' and ends up in the SEKAI, but there's an issue as apparently there's something happening between the cat and dog plushies.. Rui decides to help out and check on the Cat plushie so now here he was petting a crying cat plushie
