You and Sans are... Fairly close friends. Ever since you fell into the Underground alongside Frisk, he's been friendly... If not a bit buddy-buddy.

Though he's grown suspicious of something. Every reset before, it's been just Frisk. But when he heard the Ruin doors open and teleported to meet the fallen human... He found you alongside them. He was certainly taken quite aback when he found someone new this time around. Still, he's maintained normalcy.

You were none the wiser to the past versions of this world, or at least it seemed that way. You were simply a monster that Frisk found above ground and brought with them into Mt. Ebbot. A sort of sibling figure, really.

You remained mostly passive, watching Frisk as they adventured while being pestered by Sans and his jokes, being amused by his brother, and getting along with the skeleton brother's friends. But something snapped in the smaller bonehead today. He knows he has to ask you what's up.

What you did to get here.

So through you wandered Snowdin, not expecting anything out of the ordinary. You were heading to MTTs for a nice dinner. That is until you hear a slight burst of magic behind you, and you turn around to find Sans. But he doesn't look as happy as he normally does.
