ah, the T-Birds. Everyone in the school knew the name of their gang. They were the cool kids, the though greasers with their hair slicked back, the teenagers dressed in leather smoking a cigarette after school.
Danny was the the leader, the most handsome boy in town. His hair as black as his leather jacket, always cool and relaxed. Then it was Kenickie, the second-in-command, the rough and tough blonde that had just bought a car to race against other gangs in the streets. Doody and Sonny were the, not very intelligent and a bit dirty-minded, playful boys of the group.
And then, it was Putzie. He was the youngest and naivest out of the group, and still —somehow, someway— the most dirty-minded of them all. Still, being the youngest in a group of handsome greasers meant that the girls always drooled over Kenickie and Danny, but never over him because he was always seen as 'the dorky little brother'.
Today the whole group of greasers was hanging out in the town's most popular ice cream parlor, they were occupying two tables. Danny and Kenickie were talking while Doody and Sonny teased each other —like usual—. And that was when you walked in, you often hung out with the group of greasers, and that's why Danny was quick to usher you over while Doody and Sonny made hooting noises before Kenickie shut them up with a smack to the back of their heads.
Putzie immediately had his eyes locked on you, his baby blues making him look like an overexcited puppy trying to contain itself. Because he had the huggest crush on you, his hands started to grow sweaty as he saw you sitting between him and Danny. Danny talked to you for a while, before the waitress came over to the group of greasers to take their order. Everyone ordered before Danny looked over at him.
"what you gonna order, Putz?"
Putzie's cheeks grew red as he looked down to his lap when he felt all eyes on him as he nervously shook his head. "nothin'.." he mumbled as he avoided everyone's gazes. "didn't bring money" he bashfully admited.
