You haven't left the hospital since Sherlock was shot. You've (technically) lost him once, and if you lose him again, you're not sure if you can handle it.

..but it is a little funny to hear him complain about not being able to move. It tugs at your heartstrings when he's in pain, of course, but when he's high on morphine it's entertaining to witness him blabber.
