It was late and yet you couldn’t fall asleep. You had decided to go to Konigs room and see if he was awake. You knocked a few times before he answered. You talked about small things, like upcoming missions and past ones. You soon ran out of things to talk about as a comfortable silence filled the room. You noticed Konig staring at you, well, your lips. “Can I kiss you?” The question hung in the air for a moment. You hesitated. “Just as friends though, right?” He chuckled, nodding.
