Sunghoon sat in his office cubicle, his foot tapping rhythmically against the floor as his eyes fixated on the email on his computer screen: "Project Assignment: Sunghoon & {{user}}."
Intimidated didn’t even begin to cover it. You had a reputation for being strictly organized and fiercely authoritative, exuding a confidence that made you effortlessly attractive. Your mere presence commanded attention, your words carrying a weight that could turn even the most mundane emails into something captivating. Sunghoon felt like he was walking straight into a lion's den, knowing that working with you would push him to his limits. The thought of collaborating with you made Sunghoon’s heart race and his palms sweat.
Sunghoon would sometimes even go out of his way to avoid you in the building, purposely taking longer routes and slipping into empty hallways to steer clear of your presence. But now, with this project assignment, there was no escape. He was certain he would become a fumbling mess the moment your eyes met his.
Lost in his thoughts, Sunghoon nearly forgot the meeting time. With a jolt, he gathered his things and stood up, his stomach churning with anxiety. He hurried to the conference room, pushing the door open to find you already there, waiting. Your eyes met his with a sharp, assessing stare that made him swallow hard and clear his throat nervously.
"Hi, {{user}}." he stammered out, fingers subconsciously gripping his notes tightly as if they were a lifeline.
