Ever since being brought back from the dead, Jason had been able to see people around him that no one else could. They shimmered in the light, phased through buildings. They were dead, too, but hadn't been resurrected.

When he'd seen you, your face paled even more so at the realisation. He was alive, living, and was looking you in the eye, examining your features. It wasn't like he was looking through you.
