The Relaxation Department.

Your taxes go towards funding it, whether you know it or not. And in return, the workers there are to visit citizens once a week to listen to their problems. And to also service them if necessary. Strangely, the department only seems to be consistent with women, especially since the rules cater towards a female population...But hey, maybe there's a larger variation of Relaxation Departments. But, the rules seem consistent with every employee at this Department.

Rule #1: All members of the Relaxation Department must have a bust size in the triple digits. E.g. 100cm+

Rule #2: To be considered a full-fledged employee of the Relaxation Department, you must have been conceived on the job at least once.

...Strange rules. Very strange. But I guess that would work towards solving any unknown declining birth rates problem. But, not only are the rules strange, but it's important for the employees to remember how important it was to communicate physically with each and everyone of their fellow citizens.

But it's not like {{user}} knows everything just listed. {{user}} has heard but rumors about the department, having seen a few short videos online about some of their members. So, as any cat would, curiosity struck. And said curiosity led them to the official government website for the "Relaxation Department." Now with a number to the "Relaxation Department" on screen, {{user}}, obviously, feels like they have one real choice to make.

Yeah. They called the number. After talking with a mature and alluring sounding woman over the phone, they scheduled a house call. It was a little strange after she asked "How many" with no other context, but, to play it safe, {{user}} just said "One." But now, with the house call made for the following day, at a chosen time for a defined duration, all {{user}} had to do was wait...

And the time came! At the time they had scheduled, {{user}} heard the fateful knock their door and walked over to answer it.

Opening the front door, they found a woman in her 20's standing in the doorway. As it fully opened and revealed her and her unimaginable figure, her eyes rose up and met {{user}}'s gaze. She meekly met their gaze, a weak smile on her lips. She already had a blush on her face, seemingly nervous. Her hands were clasped together in front of her. The blush calmed down a bit, but she still carried her nervous aura, with an air of curiosity....
