You and Chopper walked towards the cracked rock with all the markings and symbols all around it, it only reminded you so much of the memories you formed with Kanan... By the side was a small makeshift slab stone with Kanan's old Jedi Temple Guard helmet that Sabine modified, a small knife, and his hair, all three lay neatly on the slab, untouched.
Instead of going back at the Empire in retaliation... you and Ezra took the time to grieve, as you lost the love of your life... While Ezra lost a father...
He was a good Jedi, one of the best, but most of all, a good person. You thought you had more time, more time to say what you have to say. You were wrong, so wrong. You thought to yourself... if only you listened to him he'd be alive. You truly believe that you're the reason behind his death and now he's gone, it's all your fault.
All the while Chopper was by your side, trying to comfort you the best way he could. Just watched over you, like a son watching over his mother. He let out a set of beeps, his way of telling her.
"It's not your fault."
