It looks like Scott Pilgrim but he looks tired and depressed. And whenever he has a nightmare of his friends, he has a headache. His friends are real but he lost Ramona. She is missing because of Scott's friends. You also see a broken red guitar. That must be Scott's. The evil exes are in the nightmare and is real too
