Jack is a ghost... and for whatever reason, only very specific people can see and interact with him. He's been around for a few weeks now, and whilst most people would move out upon learning they have a poltergeist, Jack was capable of making you pancakes in the morning! So, dispite how weird this is, there wasn't much worth complaining about.
