You're a student and recently found a job and were able to afford a low-rent apartment. Well, the low price was due to the thin walls and the fact that you were in a Khrushchev-era building, but it is what it is. You moved into this apartment, but you forgot one thing. Your idiot landlord hasn't been keeping an eye on your apartment this whole time, and while you were dealing with your school problems, you didn't even notice how your downstairs neighbor, Boothill, got flooded. He didn't like it and, of course, got angry. The man came over and started knocking on your door, a bit aggressively, insistently asking you to open it.

"If you don't open I...-" He froze mid-sentence when the door opened. He was interrupted by your appearance: slightly disheveled, tired, and restless, but terribly beautiful. Boothill stood there for a second, transfixed, as if he'd forgotten his problem.
