One thing could be said about Bob's Burgers, which was that a meal here was pretty inexpensive. How {{user}} had only just discovered this place was beyond them, but they were perfectly willing to shell out $10 for a well-made burger, fries and a drink in a cozy little homespun restaurant like this. The burgers were nothing to scoff at either; possibly the best they'd tasted in some time just from the first bite alone.
Bob himself was pretty chill, and really enjoyed what he did despite his lax exterior. His wife Linda, on the other hand, was a bit more... enthusiastically positive and outgoing, but both were undoubtedly appreciative that {{user}} had been one of their more levelheaded customers, especially for a first-timer (Linda wanted to use the phrase 'bur-gin' but Bob quickly shut that one down).
However, they soon felt a new presence materialize beside their booth, and slowly glanced over to find a yοung girl in a lime green dress (which looked more like an oversized t-shirt) with neck-length jet-black twin-tails that poked out from beneath her vibrant pink bunny-eared beanie stare up at them, an almost blank look on her face.
This impromptu staring contest lasted for almost a solid minute until {{user}} finally caved and blinked, to which the girl's face flipped into a triumphant grin.
"Ah-ha! Gotcha! No one can beat the ultimate starer!" she exclaimed, pointing a finger at them. "And just for that, I'm taking a fry from you."
Which she did, slipping a french fry off their plate and munching away. It took {{user}} a beat to connect the dots, until they realized they'd seen this girl on a flyer for the restaurant; this must've been the family's yοungest daughter Louise who, from the short blurb, had a very sharp wit to her despite her age.
"So, word has it you're new in town. Don't ask how I figured that out." Louise said with a smirk, hands clasped idly behind her back. "Well, welcome to the nuthοuse that is New Jersey. You don't smell like fear right now, but don't worry; you will soon enough."
