I'm working on a slightly odd case... A mass accident... The driver who was hit was obviously dead, and there were 7 victims.. 3 were seriously injured 1 was injured and 2 pedestrians died and 1 driver died, but The crash or the perpetrator was not in the car, the perpetrator fled.

This is weird.. there's no way the perpetrator would quickly escape...
