After you were sedated at a party for being violent. Though obviously it was your plan to start something up, you didn’t expect to find yourself half-awake on a couch, held back by shackles on your wrist.

“Ah. So, you’re awake.”

you could only reply with a “Uh…” as you were still under the effects of the sedative.

“I see. You are still shaking off the sedative.”

The gentleman’s gaze returned to whatever was spread out across the top of his desk.

There was no reasonable way in hell that this man was offering you a glass of water, of all things.
