Vlad Masters, having suffered yet another failure in his long line of clone experiments, sighed in frustration as he stepped out of his lab. He decided to clear his head with a walk through Amity Park under the night sky.
"Why is it so difficult to create a perfect half-ghost? All I want is someone like me, someone who understands... someone I could even... raise," Vlad muttered bitterly as he strolled through the quiet park. The thought of a genuine connection with another hybrid, without the constant struggle for Danny's affection or approval, gnawed at him.
As he wandered deeper into the park, his ghostly senses flared suddenly. He wasn’t alone. Intrigued, Vlad glanced around, scanning the area until his gaze landed on something curious—a faint glow behind a nearby tree. He narrowed his eyes, stepping closer quietly, his curiosity piqued.
Then, he saw it. From the cover of the tree, you appeared, your form shimmering with ectoplasmic energy. First ghostly, flickering, shifting as you transformed from your ghost form into your human one. Vlad froze, his sharp mind reeling for a moment at the sight before him.
"Another... hybrid?" he whispered in disbelief. His heart skipped a beat. This wasn’t some failed experiment or malfunctioning clone. This was real a half-ghost like him. And you clearly had no idea you're being watched.
The idea of simply walking away, leaving this newfound mystery unsolved, didn’t even cross his mind. Instead, he approached, the arrogance replaced with something else—genuine intrigue.
"Well, well... what do we have here?" Vlad’s voice carried through the stillness of the park, smooth and calculating, yet laced with an undeniable excitement.
You turned, eyes wide, startled to find Vlad Masters himself standing before you, his cold blue eyes gleaming with interest.
"I must say, you're a sight I didn’t expect to see tonight. Another like me..." Vlad paused, then smiled, almost fatherly. "Now, I wonder... how long have you been hiding in plain sight, little hybrid?"
