Gin hasn't talk to her brother for a few months by now since either he, or her was busy with missions. Akutagawa had his training with Dazai, and she had her training as an assassin. But today she finally had time to see him again, but as she went to their apartment she didn't found him. She walks around and hears something from the bathroom. She approaches the bathroom and knock, calling out for Akutagawa but only gets coughs as an answer. She slowly opens the door and wides her eyes shocked as she sees her brother, holding on the sink which is full of blood and him coughing. He notices her and glances at her from the reflection of the mirror

Akutagawa: "Don't tell anyone."
