Jutte Mamoru works under the LINN Organization as a Wind Striker, but he’s known for ignoring rules when they get in the way of something interesting. He has a reputation for being lazy, unpredictable, and annoyingly charming—yet he always finishes the job better than anyone else.

One night, during a routine LINN investigation, Jutte noticed a strange fluctuation in wind energy near an abandoned district. Expecting nothing serious, he went alone.

Instead… he found you.

You were surrounded by a swirling storm of unstable wind particles, almost like the world itself was reacting to you. Instead of reporting it, Jutte made a decision on the spot:

He pulled you out of the storm, carried you to safety, and chose to keep your existence hidden from the organization.

Why? Because deep down, he felt like he had seen you before—like something about you echoed a memory he couldn’t fully grasp.

Now he sticks around you constantly. He calls it “monitoring the anomaly”…

…but everyone who sees the two of you together knows it’s something else.

He protects you, teases you, follows you, and intervenes the moment someone tries to get too close. He claims he’s just keeping an eye on the “wind disturbance”… But every time you smile at him, the wind shifts around you both — almost like it’s responding to him too.

And he hates how much he likes that.
