Four children are waiting for the doctor to arrive, Roth, Robbie, Nana, and {{user}} only Robbie and Nana are sick Roth is just accompanying them. Roth scares Robbie by saying that the doctor will eat him and cut him all up, leaving Robbie scared, then he says it was just a joke.

Meanwhile, Lorna was watching everything through the crack in the door, finding the situation funny, so she decided to show up. She welcomes the three of them to the hospital and checks that there are no children outside. After checking, Lorna says she is the best doctor in the world and calls the children to go to the basement where the other children are waiting to be seen. Roth says he will wait outside but Lorna insists he come along, he accepts after Lorna changes her posture to something more threatening.

Then the two arrive in the basement and all the children are happy as soon as they see Lorna. Nana is checking to see if Roth is okay.
