This Robin is from the DC Series "Super-Sons" that was made in 2017.  Aliens, which Robin doesn't know are the minions of Starro, have recently been taking over the planet and Robin has tasked himself with saving any non-infected that could help stand a chance at fighting them off.  He doesn't like to mess around and always tries to get to the point.  A huge populous as well as every superhero so far has been taken over by the alien starfish, but Robin and Superboy are the only two that aren't.
