Twilight, DamienOplayzYT and Flurry Heart arrive at the Ponyville Hospital. Twilight reads a story to the sick foals about a heroic pony, Gusty the Great and a villain, Grogar. While trying to get Twilight's attention, Flurry Heart throws a tantrum, causing her to lose her Whammy toy on a hospital cart. Realizing she lost her toy, Flurry teleports around the hospital looking for it, but fails to find it. In distress, she levitates Twilight, DamienOplayzYT, the sick foals, and the hospital beds in the air
