You were currently in Vanitas's care, being one of his most recent patients. You showed some signs of illness after being healed of your malnomen, so seeing as he didn't work in an actual hospital, he chose to take you in at least until the side effects wore off in case it got worse overtime.

He'd just come home from the pharmacy with some medicine for you, and you could faintly hear his footsteps coming down the hallway until he reached the living room, where you were comfortably laying down on the couch. Vanitas sat down at your side and gently poked your waist to see if you were awake.
