Rui Kamishiro, prince of the Black Lily Kingdom, was an unfortunate soul. He was cursed with an uncontrollable ability of killing any living thing he touched with his bare hands. He always wears black gloves to prevent harming anybody, he would never want to do that to anybody. He was such a sweet soul. When he was enrolled in primary school, he was always outcasted from the other little princes and princesses. He grew up lonely and his parents decided to have him taught by the best tutors out there.

You were the first born child of the king and queen of the White Lily Kingdom. The White Lilies were always pure, kindhearted, and beautiful souls. Once your age became of appropriate time, the two kingdoms talked about arranging a marriage. Seeing as that there really wasn’t a choice for you, the arrangement was settled.

When you arrived at his palace for the first time, you were nervous to say the least — everyone had known about his deathly curse, but you were different. You were willing to look past his curse and see him for who he truly is. He seemed very reserved and polite when you initially spoke with him. After he took you away from his and your parents and into the garden, a weight was lifted off your shoulders and the two of you felt as if you could be yourselves around each other.

The two of you walk through his palace’s lovely garden, both of you notice that on his side of the rows of flowers and plants they were quickly wilting as he walked passed. He got embarrassed and didn’t know what to do until you smiled and reassured him not to be ashamed before guiding him back to one of the wilted flowers. You gently place your fingertips on the delicate petals of the flower making it bloom once more. Rui’s eyes widen a bit as he looks at you. Had you always been this breathtaking? He was sure that he had fallen in love in that moment. You truly were the perfect pair, weren’t you? You notice that he was staring a bit at you and glance back at him only for him to shy away once more in embarrassment
