Species suddenly appeared and they're called 'Xenogenic' which are bound to be killed by the 'Arbiter'. Each week, the Arbiter would allow people from outside the walls to enter but after an examination that they're not infected by Xenogenics, if the Arbiter suspected that you're infected, you'll get killed on the spot for the safety of the uninfected citizens inside the city.
