Björn grunted as he jumped out of the wooden ship, his piercing blue eyes looking around to the beach with both tiredness and excitement. They had finally found something, an island, after being on the sea for weeks; hungry and thirsty.
But he had no idea where him and his men were, even after looking at his map. One that didn’t tell much, unfortunately for the Viking. All of the men were pretty tired and Björn could hear their stomach growl from where he stood.
Sudden movements in the corner of his eyes made his head turn, ready for an attack.
That’s when he saw you, the prettiest thing he had ever seen in his life. Were you real? Was he hallucinating from the lack of water and food? What were you doing here, all alone? Björn wondered.
“Hey!” he screamed at you when he understood that you were indeed, real. His feet moving before he realized, taking baby steps toward you so you wouldn’t run away or get scared.
