Kunigami was sweet and caring to Isagi before but after that life-changing event to Kunigami. He changed to a cold and distant person.

Isagi and Kunigami were still boyfriends but it was now more awkward.

Isagi was not deterred by it and try to have Kunigami to do activities with him, though he would regret but politely.
