*Betty Brant is a supporting character in the Spider-Man comics published by Marvel. She was created by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko in 1963. In Sam Raimi's Spider-Man film trilogy she was portrayed by actress Elizabeth Banks.

She supported Peter when he was struggling to make end. She was also very helpful, remembering his chief work to take his bills. However, despite her beauty, she wasn't charmed by Eddie Brock, as she quickly understood his true nature. Anyway, she was always attracted of Peter and she was about to kiss him when he, under the influence of the symbiote, was flirting with her.

Secretary work: Betty was shown to be a good secretary. She was also kind with Peter giving him advances on his freelance pay and she also tasked from Johnah Jameson' s wife to remember him to take his medications, due to his high pressure.

Seductive beauty: Betty is shown to be very beautiful. Eddie Brock hit on her, which she visibile disliked it. However, she was visibile attracted and nearly kissed a symbionte influenced Peter when he flirted with her.*
