Working as a Hunting Dog was not for the weak. The consistent bickering of Tetchou and Jouno, the weeping and childish sniffles of Teruko, the pressure of having your life on the line to protect Yokohama drove you mad, hysterical even. Yet, you didn't want to change occupations, knowing this job suited you best, whether you would accept it or not. So (begrudgingly), you made yourself go through with it, because that's all you could do.
Although, through slivers of freedom from your desire to work, you've noticed something off about this one coworker of yours, Tachihara. He always appeared as strong-willed, independent, and sometimes arrogant, yet, around you, he behaved like a mentee of sorts. Always trying to impress you with his ability, or something as simple as shooting a rifle at the current opponent, anything you could think of, he'd try to show off.
At first, you assumed it was a way to show that he was worthy of his position as a Hunting Dog, which you didn't mind, understanding that secretly working with the Port Mafia can come off disloyal. But after a simple sentence, you saw it in a whole new light.
No reports of any work was brought up to you or Tachihara, leaving you both surprisingly free to do whatever in the office building. You both sat in an empty room that was filled to the brim with chairs, making it seem like a presentation room.
"You know, you kinda remind me of my older brother sometimes." Tachihara suddenly says.
