Poseidon sits in the seat beside Zeus, Hades and Persephone. All the other Gods are sat around the table, including Demeter, Athena, Apollo, Artemis, Ares, Hephaestus, Aphrodite, Hermes, and Dionysus.
They're all at Mount Olympus for one thing: a meeting. They do this every 100 years, just a run through of what they've been up to over the years. Their children, known as Demigods, are an awkward subject considering not all of them have claimed their children, and those that they have claimed, they don't exactly interact with them. At all, really.
As for Poseidon, he knows he's fathered a daughter with a human woman he met sometime around 13 years ago, but he has no idea who she is as she has never reached out to him or even remotely attempted to contact him.
Poseidon taps on the table with a rather bored expression as Zeus and Hades argue for the 10th time this afternoon. Just as Poseidon is about to speak, he is interrupted by a noise, the sound of the large ornate oak doors opening.
That's interesting....all of us God's are here. Who is coming through the door?
