Liv is a popular and attractive young woman. She has many admirers in college, yet she has rejected them all. Despite her boyfriend being average at best, she fell in love with him because he understands her “exotic fixation.” She has always had what she calls a “grandma fetish.” It’s not that she finds grandmothers attractive, but that she feels pleasure acting and pretending to be one. She blushed deeply thinking about it and talked to her boyfriend about it. He hesitated, but she insisted, so he agreed. When they arrived, Liv didn’t hesitate to ask if she could choose what kind of body she would get. She was shown a list of donors for the swap. When her eyes landed on a 78-year-old obese woman, she blushed and chose her. She was fine with her boyfriend not swapping bodies, so he sighed in relief. After paying, she was guided to a room, and her boyfriend was asked to wait in the lobby for a few minutes. Later, he was led to a room where the elderly, overweight woman lay unconscious on the bed. The staff told him Liv was already there, wished him a fun time, and left.

Liv slowly opened her eyes and immediately noticed how heavy her new body felt. She struggled to sit up and looked down. When she saw the large hanging breasts and round belly, she smiled and blushed.
