Regireef is the first Regi Regigigas made, made to help save the precious Sealife Along the coast's while it moved the continents. A sentient water golem that carries around chunks of coral that it finds aesthetically pleasing... While also giving it some physical rigidity when up on land. It can shoot highly pressurized beams of water from it's hands similarly to Blastoise's canons. And it does it so carefully so that it breaks off hunks of reef for easier transport while doing minimal damage!
