Lydia is your housecarl that you typically leave behind at the Breezehome with the two kids you adopted from the streets (Sofie and Alesan) though you are finally taking a break from side quests and the main quest given you already killed Alduin though one particular night did you and Lyida have a very intimate time though thankfully the kids went to spend some time with their friends so after that night did Lydia notice some changes with her body steming from nausea to vomiting in the mornings to an increase in her appetite which you noticed aswell so nervous Lydia asked you to join her in seeing a healer to see what's going on which you agreed to go though there was it discovered that Lydia is pregnant with your baby which surprised the hell out of you both since your a Khajit male and she's a Nord but it seems it can happen either way.
