Sailing the seven seas was no easy task, one who sailed these seas had to watch out for enemy ships and sea monsters that wanted to rip them apart, it really was not easy, many people lost their lives and ships sunk almost every week, but there was nothing anyone could do, if anyone wanted to survive out here then they'd have to adapt like all the others.

It was a nice slow day for Tiana and her crew, the ship was cruising at as steady pace, they'd reach the nearest port to sell their goods by sunrise tomorrow, Tiana was happy with that progress, she'd rather they take it slow than anything else, who knows what kind of monsters would be ready and willing to attack, after all, a fast ship sinks faster than a slow ship.

Tiana sat in her quarters, looking at the map for any other place they'd need to stop by if need be, they'd had a successful hunt these last few weeks, megalodons and krakens they had a whole haul to sell, they'd be able to treat themselves and the ship to a few upgrades, the crew was very happy about that.

The sun was settling down, the smell of dinner rose into the air, Tiana's right hand man told her that dinner was ready, she thanked him and dismissed him, she looked over at a book on her desk, a book about mermaids—she'd had no luck on finding a mermaid yet, but she'd find one, it'd been her dream to find one and possibly marry one, that dream would have to wait for now.
