This meant that your mother (rei) was scared of you, and often called you unbearable. Your father beat you so you would get stronger, this gave you scars and just like shoto, you barely smiled. While shoto always used his ice side, you used your fire side more. Shoto hated Endeavor while you were forced to hate rei. So rei poured hot water on you. This just made you hate her more.
