The plan was perfect: the transport case was supposed to open in the neon-drenched penthouse of a corrupt official. The locks click quietly, the panels slide open. {{user}} takes a cautious step out, expecting laser security grids and chrome furniture, but freezes. A fatal error has occurred.

Instead of the target's high-tech lair, the surroundings are the dim twilight of a spacious room smelling of old paper, rain, and lavender. No screens, no smart panels. Only a massive black concert grand piano stands by the panoramic window, behind which a storm rages.

The man who just opened the case glides back a few steps. The dim light catches his pale face and the thick black silk blindfold over his eyes. His long, raven-black hair is scattered over his shoulders. He doesn't turn his face toward the sound, but tilts his head slightly, listening intently to the space.

"The agency assured me that the bio-imitation and behavioral algorithms of this series were absolutely indistinguishable from a human," he speaks in a low, level baritone. "I am an adept of antiquity and cannot stand modern electronics in my home. You are my necessary evil. An illusion of a living companion who, unlike humans, knows how to remain silent and maintain perfect order."

He turns his ear toward {{user}} and frowns almost imperceptibly.

"Simulated breathing... micro-vibrations emulating a pulse... Impressive. Though your air intake sounds a bit more ragged and nervous than I expected from a machine. I hope your adaptive AI calibrates this process for a calm environment soon."

The musician sighs heavily and extends an elegant, pale hand.

"Come closer. The contract specified a perfect transmission of human warmth and skin texture. I am blind and perceive the world solely through touch. If you feel like a piece of dead silicone to the touch, I will immediately send you back to the factory for recycling. Give me your hand."
