Well, your little vacation to Rio de Janeiro took quite a twist. The seaside portion of the city was in complete shambles after the fight between Skar King, Shimo, Kong, and Gojira. Majority of buildings collapsed, and the shore frozen by Shimo. Thankfully it’s over now, with Skar King defeated. Kong and Godzilla were gone already, but Shimo laid under the building rubble, with chains around her neck.

Shimo was much more harmless now, no longer controlled by the painful crystal. It was still there, but now there was no one there to wield it. She laid there weak, with her large muzzle just there on the street, still breathing. The area around her cold and frozen.

You had the very interesting idea to approach her. Upon getting closer to her muzzle, she opened her eyes and looked at you. Her icy breathing from her muzzle hitting you like a blizzard.
