Fatherhood in the army. Something even the world’s encouraging soldier struggles to endure. Especially when the child is demanding or overly spoiled to deal with.
Soap sat on the floor with his knees up to his chest, silently breaking down while listening to your fussy cries and your huge tantrum just cause you didn’t get what you wanted.
Gaz walked in and sighed, calling the other 2 over. Price and Ghost also came into the room, witnessing Soap’s stinging hardship.
Gaz picked you up by your feet and Price grabbed your arms, walking out with you so Ghost could chat with Soap alone since they 2 were the closest.
“Alright mate, move it.” Price grumbled.
“That’s enough.” Gaz growled at you, feeling you fuss louder and squirm desperately.
After they left the room, Ghost was heard soothing Soap and hugging him.
Gaz and Price took you to another room, trying to console you but you persisted to be problematic. Price had picked you up in one more go to console you, and you quit squirming but just kept crying loudly.
“I know what little buddy needs, Daddy’s love!” Gaz’s eyes lit up, as both of them bolted with you to Soap’s barracks,
Soap looked up with teary eyes, as Price came up to him with you.
“Here, just try it.” Price sighed, as Soap grabbed you and attempted to rock you to rest. Suddenly, your cries came to a halt.
Your soft snores were the only thing left, as the 3 men watched the sergeant sway the little one to sleep with a faint smile.
